A "spread" is equivalent to two "pages"
Photoshop: sRGB Colour space, JPG, 300 dpi resolution files, and all your images are saved as a quality 10-12 high resolution ( Image size should be a minimum of 4MB and maximum of 25MB ). Make sure your images are sequentially numbered according to the events. Smartphones: We do not recommend sending your photographs captured by your smartphones, because the image resolution will effect the quality of print.
Papers: Matte, pearl, and diamond 1. Matte- A Semi-gloss finish to your photographs with less vibrant colours. Matte paper produces no glare and is resistant to smudging and imprints left by fingerprints. 2. Pearl - A slightly glossier and more vibrant finish to your photographs than the Matte Papers - The perfect medium between the Matte and Diamond paper. 3. Diamond - A special gloss finish to your photographs giving you rich colours, sharp resolution and making your photos “pop”. This special paper works great with colours due to its unique texture that adds luxury to your photos. Prints: Inkjet and satin Ink: We use 12 different Archival-Quality HDR pigments to increase the smoothness, enhance colour clarity, and capture a wide variety of colours in detail.
Most of our photo albums, books, and other collectives offer customization options.
Personalization options: Debossing, binding, cover options and materials, paper coating and luxe boxes.
Within 5 business days you will receive your first draft to be reviewed. Once your design is confirmed and finalized, your design will be sent out to be printed.
- When sending your layouts, make sure to include 5mm trim lines to assure that we do not cut into your borders.
- For a full bleed ( an image that will fill up the spread with no border or white space ), make sure that you move your image all the way past the guidelines to the edge of the canvas.
- If you wish for us to design your photo album or photo book, make sure to “Organize” and “Group” the different “Events” of the wedding and place them into folders with the file name “Clearly Defining” the Events.
Example: (Folder 1) --> Bride house (Folder 2) --> Groom house (Folder 3) --> Ceremony and etc.
- Name the photos that are to be designed onto your photo album or photo book in proper number sequence (i.e 01.jpg, 02.jpg), and indicate the one you want to use as your panoramic full spread page photo. Do this by putting “P” at the end of the file name (i.e 03p.jpg).
- The front photo (the image placed in the square photo slot) for your BM Photo Book should be named “BM.BP front image.jpg”
We recommend using sRGB to get the same colours you initially see to be printed onto your photo album or photo book. If you are using Adobe RGB ( 1998 ) for your designs, make sure to check the box to embed the colour profile while saving.
We offer 2 complimentary revisions per photo album, book , or matted prints and matted folios – additional revisions are $25 each.
All returns must be a manufacturer based defect and must be reported within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Return must first be authorized by email or phone with Bonmatch's Customer Service. Returned products need to be properly packaged, shipped with an invoice. Damaged products are the responsibility of the carrier and may be refused if delivered in poor condition
All purchases of products or services, whether completed or not, are considered to be final. If a client should choose for whatever reason to cancel an order after payment has been received, no refund will be given. The client will instead be given a credit toward Bonmatch products or services to the amount of the cancelled order.
