Once you have customized and ordered your photo album or book, then one of our experts will reach out to gather information about your vision. Your designer will curate the best number of photos to upload, based on the number of pages in your album or book. Once the designer receives your photos, he or she will complete your first free draft that you will be able to review through e-mail; ideally, this will take 3-5 business days.

You will use a proofing tool to communicate with your designer if any changes are needed. Depending on the frequency of feedback and number of design revisions, it can take 2-3 weeks to complete the design. Once the design is complete, your album or book will begin production.

Note: We offer two free revisions in total. Any additional revisions are $50 each. We accept a maximum galley of 150 images before additional fees apply.  

Curation of the first 150 images are free. 

Additional curation:
$50 for up to 300 images
$80 for up to 500 images
$120 for 700+ images

We do not offer image retouching or photo editing services. 

We offer customization for sizes, leather colours, and cover designs, and colours on all products. 

The amount of photos you can display is determined by the final page count. Our wedding and premium product lines (products in photo album collection) with 60 pages (30 spreads) can usually showcase up to 120 images. For Wedding Guest Book designs, we recommend fewer photos to allow extra space for your wedding guests to sign your book.

Our Experts will recommend and determine how many images you should use to get the final design you envisioned. 

Cancellations are only accepted within one hour of placing your order. Please contact us to cancel your order.

Why do I only have an hour?
After an hour, our experts begin curating and designing your album or book, so we cannot cancel your order. For requests made after an hour, you will be refunded 50% of your total order.

Please note: Once an album or book begins production, we cannot refund or cancel your order.

Production Time: 12-15 business days (after final draft print approval)

Promotions, gift cards, and store credit do not apply to design services because it is a free service. However, you may apply them to the final cost of the album or book upon checkout.

Images must be .JPG and sRGB color space to get the most accurate colours in your photo album or book. Images are recommended to be between 4-7mb for easy upload. Images will print best when the DPI is set to 300 DPI.

Once a customer purchases a product, they are eligible for a complimentary curation and design for each item. Duplicates are 10% off (the duplicate must be the exact same as the original).
