Confirmation of orders
Orders will be placed through our website www.bonmatch.com or through our BMservice.
To check order status, please log-in or by using your member account or through our BMservice.
Receipt of your order will be confirmed via an automatic e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your account. Once an order is in our system, no changes are allowed. If you need to make an additional change and place a new order, contact us within one hour of receiving your order confirmation email to change your order. After this time, we cannot change your order. All returns must be a manufacture based defect and must be reported within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Return must first be authorized by email or phone with Bonmatch's Customer Service. Returned products need to be properly packaged, shipped with an invoice. Damaged products are the responsibility of the carrier and may be refused if delivered in poor condition. For more info
Design by you
You send us the design files.
Designed print-ready files must be submitted in the album layout size ( eg. 10 x 10” album is submitted as 20 x 10” spread)
Files to be preferably saved as sRGB profile in JPG
Files should be Hi-Res output as 300 dpi
Files must be in sequence and clearly numbered.
Allow 10 to 15 business days for production time.
We are not liable for your order if the customer creates errors, including below
- Typos and misspellings
- Poor image quality or low resolution of original file
- Layout errors, missing and duplicate images
- Product selection mistakes (eg. Product size, cover material choices, and etc)
Please double-check each files before submitting them.

Choose and arrange in sequence the images you wish to use.
All files must be Hi-Res output at 300 Dpi, and saved as sRGB profile, JPEC
The first draft will be sent within 5 days for your review.
We offer two complimentary revisions per order, change affection no more than 50% of total pages can be made.
Additional revisions are $25. Allow 5 business days for design and 10-15 business days for production processing after confirmation approval.
If there is damage or issue to your order caused by Bonmatch, you may opt for replacement of merchandise, credit on a future order or a full refund. Bonmatch cannot provide refunds or exchanges due to damages caused by customer handling, storage, treatment, or for any of the above errors. To ensure an easy return process, please send us an email at BMservice@bonmatch.com with your order number and photo of defect or shipping damage. Please allow 1-2 business days for our BM team to be in touch with you.
